"There will always be someone who doesn’t see your worth, don’t let it be you!"
Mel Robbins
Having built my career over 21 years in the same organisation I know what it feels like to get stuck, lose self-belief, lack clarity on your future and not know where to turn to help get unstuck. In my search for purpose, I undertook a Masters, started a Lean In Network and became a Gold Tier #IAmRemarkable Facilitator while imposter syndrome loomed large throughout. But in those spaces, surrounded by ambitious and inspiring women, I saw what was possible and that I was capable of and wanted so much more from my life.
That’s when I took a bold step:
I worked with a coach. And it changed everything.
With my coach’s support, I uncovered a new version of me that I love, and am so proud of. I rediscovered my ambition and rebuilt my confidence. I remember thinking: “Everyone should have a coach, why didn’t I do this sooner?”
The fear of regret on retirement or my deathbed was my key driver. So, I gave up my full-time, pensionable, close to home role (eek) and embraced a new, exciting career path.
Fast forward to today, I’m confident inside and out:
- I’ve spoken on stages, led transformative workshops, and worked with businesses to build inclusive, empowered workplaces.
- I’ve coached professionals who felt stuck, just like I was, helping them unlock their confidence and take meaningful action.
- I’ve supported leaders in creating cultures where people and businesses grow together.
I bring energy, warmth, insight, and a no-nonsense approach to everything I do. Whether I’m working with an individual or an organisation, my goal is always the same: to help people embrace the fear, challenge their perceptions and step into their potential.
And in case you’re wondering, I still have moments of doubt (we all will), but now I have the tools (and still a coach) to get out of my own way, and I can help you do the same.
A few more things about me:
- I’m a wife and mummy to four incredible children.
- I love anything written by Adam Grant.
- If you’re ever stuck with a spare ticket to an American Country concert, I’m your woman. My poor long-suffering husband will also thank you.
- My happy place? The magical city of Rome.
- Rioja always, no alternatives.
- My clients more often than not become my friends (not sure if that’s a no-no in our industry), it just happens!
